Crunch TIME! (Drum Major season officially over)

Well.. It’s about that time again. I always vent on Tumblr around this time of year. LOL About this time of year the stresses of life really start to get to me. I really love the holidays. The family time, food, songs, memories.. It brings back a part of me that I often lose when dealing with the stresses of life. I must say it always feels great to be reunited with the old person you once were. I am so thankful for the life that I have. I have a wonderful boyfriend who loves me and takes care of me. I am truly blessed. I have realized that friends will come and go… that’s all I’m going to say about that. I am thankful for my sweet roommate/sister. She’s a wonderful person. I am also thankful for my sweet family. They may be a little weird but I really love them despite all… yeah… and I’m thankful for my sweet kitty. I had a wonderful season leading The Best In Sight And Sound and I am truly blessed to have been given the opportunity to serve such a wonderful and talented group. Although my season as a Drum Major is over, I will carry everything it gave me throughout my life. They have become a family to me. Last year at this time I was searching for that light at the end of the tunnel. Well, I found it.. :) and the Lord has really blessed me greatly in 2012. I can only pray that 2013 will be just as amazing.
